Building on our Reputation

Linden Oaks, an Evergreen community, is designed as a pocket neighborhood consisting of clusters of distinctly designed homes around common green space situated on 11 acres on the west side of Oshkosh serving adults 55 and better. A club house provides a shared venue for neighborhood events and fitness opportunities.

The neighborhood consists of 40 independent homes that feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living room-kitchen layout with vaulted ceilings and a two car garage. Lawn care, snow removal, well-maintained common areas and on-site storage are also provided.

Pockets are separated by drives and there are two access points to the exterior roads. Within each ‘pocket’, sidewalks connect the homes creating a sense of community unlike anything else in Oshkosh.
